This project was part of my typography class where I was learning to use type and design principles to create hierarchy. In this instance, I had to design a universal recipe card that could house five recipes of varying length and detail. I started my process by sketching and considering what the most important information was. I then refined the sketches to a few final ideas before digitizing the concepts. I was tasked only to use one typeface for the cards but I could use different weights and fonts within a type family.
